Galaxy International School Delegation Departs for London to Represent Ghana at the Owlypia Global Round 2026
Accra, Ghana A delegation from Galaxy International School has departed for London, United Kingdom, to participate in the Owlypia Global Round 2026, one of the world's leading international academic competitions for young learners.
The delegation consists of 52 students, parents, and faculty members and is led by the school's Principal, Mr. Jasur Domullojonov. The team left from Kotoka International Airport and will represent both Galaxy International School and Ghana on the global stage.
The prestigious event will take place from 14th to 20th June 2026 at the University of Westminster, London, bringing together talented students from across the world for a week of academic excellence, innovation, and cultural exchange.
The participating students earned their places through a series of challenging online assessments and the local qualifying round hosted earlier this year by Galaxy International School. Their qualification reflects months of dedication, preparation, and a commitment to academic achievement.



About Owlypia
Owlypia is an international educational competition designed for students aged 9 to 18 years. The programme encourages critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving through interdisciplinary learning and global collaboration.
