On Saturday 11th of December, 2021, Galaxy International School, in collaboration with Ghana Taekwondo Federation, organized a presentation for boarding house boys students of Galaxy international school on the theme “Taekwondo for physical and mental discipline”. The presentation was led by Mr Ahmed Quao on the benefits of physical activity among the youth, whiles the students were also educated on Taekwondo and its benefits. It was a very educative and entertaining program overall. Moreover, the President of the Ghana Taekwondo Federation graced the occasion. The students learnt a lot and are looking forward to participating in Taekwondo.
