The 24th to the 27th days of September witnessed the Social Science Department Week Celebrations at Galaxy International School, Secondary Section. Various exciting activities were successfully carried out which included the showing of a documentary on Ghana’s first president, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Art Exhibition and Staff-students Games. The most colourful of all was what was dubbed ‘Global Day’ in which students and staff alike came to school proudly adorned in outfits reflecting the cultural heritage of the parts of the globe they come from. In sum, the Social Science Department week was one of the memorable events of September 2019 in Galaxy International School.
