A visit to an orphanage indeed is a life-changing experience as it is filled with emotions and sentiments.
On Tuesday 7th June 2022, Year 6 students embarked on a trip to Nyamedua Children’s Home. The students showed lots of love and generosity to the orphans and presented gifts and other valuable materials. The students showed empathy, encouraged the orphans to develop their potential, and explained that the absence of one’s parents is not a barrier to achieving set goals and targets.
It was an interesting visit as students interacted with the orphans by exchanging ideas and experiences.
We wish to embark on the same event next academic year to continue showing our love to the less fortunate.
