March has marked the History and Geography Celebration in Galaxy International School, and what is more important than learning about Ghana’s most historic cash crop, cocoa? On Thursday, March 9, 2023, we took a trip to Delfi Ventures and Cocoa Museum to learn about the history of cocoa and the processes involved in turning cocoa beans into our favourite chocolate.
