Galaxy International School joins the United Nations and other Global Organisations to mark Day of Global Climate Action.

Yesterday was a remarkable day for both our school and entire planet as we marked the Global Climate Action Day which falls on 6th December each year.

This event is the largest global chain of climate actions in the world.

Activities such as tree planting, cleaning the beaches, installing renewable energies in communities and recycling in the city centers were used to mark the day.

Here in Galaxy International School, the programme started at 8:30 am with heartwarming talks from dignitaries and panel discussion of some NGO representatives. We then headed to our school yard where Dignitaries and representatives of NGOs joined us in our tree planting exercise.

We would like to thank Greenway International, United Nations Youth Organization, European Embassy in Ghana, Young African Leadership Institute and other NGOs for their incredible work.

It was wonderful to host you here. We would like to continue to be part of meaningful collaborations towards the betterment of the future of the world.
